🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Amoris Jewelry, we want you to truly love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
🎄 Extended Holiday Returns
For gifts purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2025, returns or exchanges are accepted until January 31, 2026.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First — Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.
- For your protection, please ship your return with tracking and insurance.
🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days with a photo and description of the issue.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
📦 Packaging Your Return
To ensure safe delivery:
- Use the original packaging or similar protective packaging (bubble wrap, padded envelope).
- Amoris Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend insured shipping with tracking.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Shopify Payments): 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Bank processing times may vary, especially during holidays or weekends.
